Isla Mujeres is a five-mile-long island off the coast of Cancún. From Cancún International Airport, take a taxi or shuttle to the Ultramar ferry terminal at Puerto Juárez or Gran Puerto. The ferry crossing is 15–20 minutes and runs every 30 minutes.

Once on the island, take a taxi or rent a golf cart to reach the property. Our house manager can help coordinate your arrival.

Yes. The property has off-street parking suitable for a golf cart, which is the most popular way to get around Isla Mujeres. Golf cart rentals are widely available on the island — our house manager can help arrange one for you.

Your stay includes full use of the private oceanfront pool, the rooftop palapa with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite/cable TV, all linens and towels, and beach access directly from the property.

We provide basic starter supplies — soap, toilet paper, kitchen essentials. Additional supplies during your stay are guest-provided.

Our house manager is available to arrange special services like personal chef, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale shark tours, and other excursions.

No extra charges for the included amenities — pool, rooftop palapa, kitchen, and all listed features are part of your stay. Optional services arranged through our house manager (personal chef, tours, excursions) are available at additional cost. Just ask and we'll provide pricing.

A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cookware, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, dishes, and spices. Comfortable linens and towels — including beach towels — are provided, along with an iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

The property has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite/cable TV, a private oceanfront pool, garden area, and a rooftop palapa with a dining table that comfortably seats six. From the palapa, you'll see sunrise over the Caribbean and sunset over Cancún Bay.

The house has three bedrooms. The master has a king bed; the two guest bedrooms each have a queen. The home accommodates up to six guests comfortably.

The house is on the ocean just outside of town. It's a 15-minute walk or short taxi/golf-cart ride to Playa Norte (North Beach) and downtown Centro. Hidalgo Street with its restaurants and nightlife is in the same area. A large Chedraui supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the local bus stops right outside the property every 15 minutes.

The pool is solar-heated and maintains a comfortable temperature year-round thanks to the Caribbean climate. No additional heating is typically needed.

Pre-stay cleaning and inspection is standard, so you arrive to a spotless home. An optional housekeeper service is available during your stay — just ask our house manager to arrange it.

Direct shipments to the house aren't recommended due to the logistics of island delivery. We suggest using local delivery services once you've arrived for groceries or other needs. Our house manager can help arrange anything you need.

Sea turtles nest on the beach right in front of the house during July and August. You can often watch them from the patio at night — it's one of the most magical things about the island. Hatchlings emerge a few weeks later and make their way to the Caribbean.

Whale shark swimming is also available from June through September — up to 400 30-to-40-foot gentle giants gather off the coast. Our house manager can arrange tours.

The beach in front of the property is a mix of limestone, coral, and white sand — ideal for beachcombing, sea glass hunting, and exploring tidal pools. The Caribbean water is warm and turquoise year-round. For pure powder-sand swimming, Playa Norte on the northern tip of the island is a 15-minute walk.
