The Process
How it works
Pick your dates
Use the calendar above to find available dates. You'll see real-time pricing for your selected dates including taxes and cleaning fees.
Request a reservation
Submit your dates through the calendar request form. We'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster) with confirmation and next steps.
Pay your deposit
A 50% reservation deposit secures your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation: more than 60 days before arrival = refund minus a 30% handling fee. Within 60 days = no refund. Holiday bookings (Dec 19 – Jan 2) require 90 days notice. See our full policies for details. Pay securely with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Get your check-in details
A week before your stay, we'll send check-in instructions, the house guide with WiFi and local tips, and a way to reach us directly during your trip.
Seasons
When to visit
Two seasons. Both excellent. Different reasons.
December–April
High Season
Peak weather — warm days, cool evenings, and calm Caribbean seas. Book early; these dates fill up fast.
May–November
Low Season
Quieter island, lower rates, and sea turtle nesting season (July–August). A favorite for guests who prefer fewer crowds and warmer water. Slightly higher chance of afternoon showers — but the storms come and go fast.
